Red Copper Plate
Application
  • Description

Red copper plate shares the same color with primary copper, and is widely applied to numerous industrial sectors.

    Features

Red copper plate can be welded and brazed because of its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing properties.

    Application

This kind of bronze plate is extensively utilized in hardware, electrical appliances, decoration, electronics, musical instruments, and other industries.

    Technical Parameter

    1. Mechanical property

    Tensile strength: ≥315
    Elongation: ≥30
Note: the tensile strength at room temperature except to make lock and clock plate
Sample size: diameter >2.0 to 4.0

    2. Thermal treatment standard

The hot processing temperature should be 650 to 850 DEG C; the annealing temperature should be 600 ~ 700 DEG C; the eliminated internal stress of low temperature annealing temperature should be 270 to 300 DEG C.
